Privacy Policy

We do not store your photos. When you upload 1–3 photos for analysis:

1. Your photos are sent directly to Google's Gemini AI for analysis
2. Gemini processes them and returns a body fat estimate and related insights
3. The results are displayed to you immediately in your browser
4. Your photos are not saved on our servers at any point

Once you close or refresh the page, your photos and results are gone. We have no way to retrieve them.

Your photo is processed using Google's Gemini AI via Vertex AI, Google's enterprise AI platform. According to Google's policies:

• Your data is not used to train AI models
• Data may be temporarily retained for abuse monitoring and security purposes
• Enterprise-grade security and privacy protections apply

Our service generates AI-based body fat estimates from your photos. These results are for informational and motivational purposes only — they are not medical diagnoses and should not replace professional health assessments.

Some jurisdictions classify body composition data as biometric or health-related information. Because we do not store your photos or results on our servers, no biometric data is retained by us after your session ends.

If you optionally enter your weight in the strategy builder, this information stays in your browser and is never sent to or stored on our servers.

Photos: Not stored. Your photos are sent to Google's AI for analysis and never saved on our servers. We cannot access, retrieve, or view your photos after the analysis is complete.

Analysis Results: Not stored. Your body fat estimate, profile, and strategy are generated in real-time and exist only in your browser session.

Weight Input: If you enter your weight in the strategy builder, it stays in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers.

Waitlist Email: If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address to notify you about upcoming features. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.

Analytics: We use PostHog for anonymous usage analytics in cookieless mode — no cookies are stored on your device and no consent banner is needed. We collect anonymous, aggregated data such as page views, button clicks, and feature usage. We do not track individual users or link analytics to your identity or photos.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Right to Know: You can request information about what data we process
• Right to Delete: Since we don't store photos, there's nothing to delete. For waitlist emails, contact us to be removed.
• Right to Opt-Out: You can choose not to use our service or unsubscribe from communications

These rights apply under GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and similar privacy regulations worldwide.

All data transmission between your browser and our servers uses HTTPS encryption. Photo data sent to Google's Vertex AI is also encrypted in transit.

Since we don't store your photos, analysis results, or personal data (beyond waitlist emails), there is no database of images or body composition data that could be compromised.
